New for 2012, Camping for the public will begin on Friday at 9am at Gate C. Plan your trip accordingly so you DO NOT arrive before 9am. The County of Freestone will not permit staging on County Road 995 or FM 246 while the gates are closed.
Also New for 2012 is the route to come into the facility. Please refer to MAPS for more information.
- Camping Fee is per RV/Motorhome.
- Camping vehicle may tow cargo trailer for no additional fee.
- Campers are to enter and exit at Gate C unless Holeshot Club member. Campers are asked to not park themselves. Please allow Facility Staff to assist in your parking spot.
- Camping Pass guarantees you to camp, not a spot. DO NOT save a spot for anyone to park next to you. If you must park together, you will have to come in together.
- If you are not racing Amateur Day and you are camping …. Once you are parked, you will remain in that spot for the duration of the weekend.
- There are no Electrical or Water Hook-Ups available for RV or Tent campers. Mobile Service info is listed below.
- There are no Showers available.
- Absolutely NO black water dumping. Anyone caught doing so will be removed from facility.
- RV/Tent Campers must have Camping Sticker displayed on Drivers window.
- Generators are allowed to operate however, no straight exhaust will be allowed. Generators must have mufflers and function within reasonable sound levels.
- “VIP Holeshot Club” members may camp inside Gate B (Friday, 12pm noon).
Mobile service for Water and Sewage will be available. Service fees (cash only) will be as follows:

Water – $35/service

Campers are also permitted to bring Pit Vehicle(s). A pit vehicle consists of a Golf Cart, SidexSide (Mule, etc), Bicycle or Licensed Scooter. Pit Vehicles require a pass. Pit Vehicle passes are $10 and must be purchased at Guard House entering Pro Pits (West end of pits). No other pit vehicles will be permitted to be ridden during the National weekend (ie: NO ATV’s). ATV’s are used by Staff so do not assume you can bring yours.

- NO GLASS CONTAINERS
- PETS are allowed for Campers ONLY. Pet MUST be kept within your camping area. If outside, Pet MUST be on a leash or otherwise kept inside RV. Pets are NOT allowed around public areas near or around race track. Barking Dogs may be asked to be placed inside RV if it becomes an issue for other campers.
