June 3, 2016 (Boyd, Texas) – In an oversight of the calendar, Village Creek already has a track series event scheduled for Saturday, June 11th. In cooperation with the tracks to do the right thing for the riders, River Valley MX will host Round 5 of the FMF Texas Night Series on Sunday, June 12th.
While the event will be held during the daytime, the event will be ran on the night track configuration. Since the gates will not open until 8am on Sunday, June 12th at River Valley, riders will be able to compete for points on the same track as they would have competed on before the rain out. With the later gate times, this move will allow riders to enjoy the events at Village Creek as well as River Valley if they choose.
