December 30, 2013 (Wortham, Texas) – First off, thank you to all the riders and their families for attending the 1st round of the 14th Annual Honda of Houston/FMF AMA Texas Winter Series. We hope everyone made it home safe.
The 2014 Texas motocross scene could not have kicked off in any greater fashion than this past weekend at Freestone Raceway. With over 800 entries in the overall results, all anyone can say was WOW!!! Words like rough, rutted and deep were common words that described the track conditions all weekend.
In case you haven’t checked, the Results are posted from Round 1.
Round 2 will be in less than two weeks at Village Creek MX Park. Updated information will be released tomorrow (Dec 31) in regard to practice, track layout itself and the weekend schedule for January 11th and 12th. Stay tuned.
