WORTHAM, TX. (May 8, 2014) – Lucas Oil renews its support of Freestone County Raceway (FCR) by sponsoring the 15th Annual AMA Texas Night Series, which kicked off last month. Coming off the great success of the James Stewart Freestone Spring Championship in March, Lucas Oil is pleased to continue its support of grassroots racing at FCR.
Lucas Oil will expand upon last year’s support, awarding Lucas Oil Product prizes to all overall finishers of every class, and the top 5 from the North and South series. In the 29 amateur classes, a total of 290 riders will receive contingency product prizes.
My Lucas Oil continues to act on Lucas Oil’s behalf, facilitating the support of grassroots racing and working with tracks like Freestone to promote their series. “The folks at Freestone are some of the best in the business. Their focus is always on their aggressive approach while providing riders with the best track, the best prizes, and the most competitive races” said Jason Witt of My Lucas Oil. Witt went on to say; “The Freestone motocross program is a great match with ours and in turn, that promotes the sport as a whole.”
The five rounds of the 15th Annual AMA Texas Night Series will continue over the next two months, culminating with the North vs. South Invitational Shootout at Freestone Raceway on June 21, 2014. Follow along on the web at FreestoneMX.com , and on Facebook: Freestone MX and My Lucas Oil.
