Rd 2 Registration Opens for VC

December 31, 2012 (Wortham, Texas) – Round 1 of the 2013 AMA Texas Winter Series is now in the books. If riders were looking for BIG gates, then the Winter Series did not disappoint with over 650 entries watching the gate drop over the two days. Now the attention turns toward Fort Worth, Texas at Village Creek MX Park.

If you register early, each amateur class save $5 per entry. Registration is now open until Tuesday, January 8th at 11pm for Round 2 of the Honda of Houston/FMF AMA Texas Winter Series at Village Creek MX Park on Saturday and Sunday, January 12th and 13th. Riders save an additional $5 for every additional entry online or at the park the weekend of the event. *$20 WeekendPass per person payable in full upon entering Friday and Saturday. If you are not staying for Sunday’s race wristband & gate receipt required for gate refund at the front gate upon leaving. You must exit Saturday to receive a refund.

Online Sign Up & Registration at Track:

All minors attending this event without parents must come with a notarized statement from parents or legal guardian giving permission for another adult to act as guardian to sign releases. See website for example under Minors Consent Tab.

1. Online Sign Up is open from Monday, December 31^st through Tuesday, January 8, 2013 (11:00pm).

2. Online Pre-Registration gives you the option to pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

3. Registration (race weekend) accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express or cash only. NO CHECKS.

4. To “finalize” race entry, Pre-Entry riders (to include parent/guardian/authorized adult if rider is a minor) MUST check in at Registration (ScoringTower) to sign releases and get practice sticker before you will be allowed to practice or race.

5. 2 notarized parental consent statements are needed for guardian/authorized adult to sign releases for minor.

6. ALL RIDERS must be present at registration wearing wristband to register, sign releases and get practice sticker before you will be allowed on track to practice or race.

7. Riders MUST bring last 4 digits of VIN of every bike competing on when registering.

Must hold a valid drivers license to drive Golf Karts or Utility Vehicles. No Pit Bikes allowed.

Golf Carts – MUST have Valid Drivers License (DL) to operate vehicle.
Side x Side – MUST have Valid DL to operate vehicle.
Scooter & Bicycles with Helmet.
All Permitted Pit Vehicles must be parked for the night by 10:00pm.

Must compete in 4 of 5 Rounds and be present at the last round to receive Overall awards and contingency.
