July 6, 2015 (Wortham, Texas) – Just when you thought the Texas summer would never come, the heat comes with a vengeance. With a forecast of mid to even upper 90’s this week, racing the night track at Freestone County Raceway will be a welcome relief from the climbing temperatures.
From now until tomorrow at 11pm Tuesday, July 7th, EARLY REGISTRATION is open for Round 2 of the Texas Full Moon Series. With Freestone’s online sign-up, save yourself the time and money before you ever arrive at the track. Gates will open for Round 2 on Saturday, July 11th at 2pm sharp with registration at the track opening at 2:30pm.
This Saturday will be only the second of three times that racing will be held under the lights at Freestone County Raceway so don’t miss out!!!
