Monday, May 5, 2014 – Happy Cinco de Mayo!!! Are you prepared for this weekend? The North and South Texas Night Series are on tap for this coming Saturday night, May 10th so until you arrange everything else for Mothers Day, your yard pass will not be granted.
In the “North” Texas Night Series, riders will be competing at Round 3 of the series at Badlands MX Park in Celeste. Garth, the one man wrecking ball has added a bunch on new dirt and changes for this coming weekend. Look for some changes in the points as well as the series reaches the half way mark. The Top 20 is still easy to make so riders can still jump into the series to make the FMF Invitational Shootout at Freestone on June 21st. Gates will open at Badlands at 2pm with track registration opening at 2:30pm.
Many of you missed Round 1 of the “South” Texas Night Series so with four rounds and eight moto’s still available to make points, Cycle Ranch in Floresville will be the place to get yourself in the Top 20 real quick. Cycle Ranch is the newest night track on the Texas Night Series calendar and Iain has worked real hard to show you a great time. Gates will open at Cycle Ranch at 2pm with registration at the track opening at 3:30pm.
Each venue will run an efficient race so you can get home quickly for Mothers Day for Sunday.
Since your mother raised you wisely, save yourself $5 per entry and register before 11pm on Tuesday, May 6th. And don’t forget to HASHTAG any pictures or video’s #TNS14 and send them back to mom to tell her thanks for all the years of support.
